What is Friend of Hey! Chips Rewards?
Friend of Hey! Chips Rewards is our free rewards program that allows our customers to earn points on all purchases, social shares and referrals.
How do I check my balance and newly redeemed awards?
You can log in to your Hey! Chips account and view your current balance when you click on the Rewards bubble at the bottom right of your screen. For newly redeemed rewards, click on the Rewards bubble and scroll to the end to find a “Your rewards” button. Click on the button to view your newly redeemed rewards!
I have made a purchase previously but did not create an account while making my purchase.
Not to worry! If you have made a purchase within the last 3 months, we will be able to credit your points for purchase. Simply create an account with us and email us at hello@heychips.com to have your points credited.
I’ve referred a friend but did not receive my reward. Why?
Your friend needs to create a new account and successfully make his/her first purchase for you to receive your reward.
Is there a limit to the number of referrals I can do?
We do not have a limit to the number of referrals.
Can I use the points during sales or along with other promo codes?
Unfortunately no, the points cannot be used along with other ongoing promotions.
I redeemed a discount voucher, but I did not use it. How can I use it for my next purchase?
Not to worry! All you need to do is to click the ‘Apply Code’ button under the ‘Your Rewards’ tab before you checkout for your next purchase.
Will my points ever expire?
No, your chippie points do not expire.
